The Winterfolk XI Blues & Roots Festival is proud to announce the stellar lineup for the upcoming ELEVENTH ANNUAL WINTERFOLK FESTIVAL which will take place fromFebruary 14-17, 2013 at the Delta Chelsea, Toronto’s Entertainment Hotel.
