Detroit Jazz Fest. It’s Music To Our Ears!

Recently voted number two in North America in a JazzTimes reader’s poll, the Detroit Jazz Festival is the largest free jazz festival in the world and a major tourist attraction for the City of Detroit, with 25.8 percent of its audience coming from out of state.

How great it is to have this event in the City of Detroit and how it’s bringing people from all over. Sharon Banks, Chairperson of the Detroit International Jazz Fest appears on Comcast Newsmakers during a taping at the NAIAS.
