Karl Berger Named Chairman of UMass Dartmouth Music Department

A press release announcing that Karl Berger, musician, composer and co-founder of the Creative Music Studio in Woodstock, New York, had been named chairman of the music department at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from the fall 2004 semester.
